My 1st Birthday Celebration
"We took laxatives to narcotize our suffering. I also tried conventional levitation on the T pot. But those brothers refused to respond to us when we called them... for about 48 hours and some minutes they were on hibernation." Given that today is my birthday, I write these words to share with you -my friends. Welcome to my 17th birthday celebration. You read right...Yeah, 17th! I've celebrated 16 birthdays in my life...and today adds to that number. Until the year 2000, I never knew birthdays were to be celebrated. In fact, those celebrations were not popular in my family prior to that year [and still not that popular in the extended family]. None of my parents celebrated or celebrates theirs… as for me, the only times birth days [or should I say dates?] became important to me were during involuntary visits to clinics and school registration. Now back to my birthday celebration. I remember my first birthday celebration vividly... it was on 3rd September 2000 inst...
